Fully remote
Work from wherever you call home. Most of us are in the EU — and we prefer similar time zones for onboarding. After that, travel as you like.

Meetups and offsites
We meet up at least twice a year somewhere in Europe to work, catch up and have fun in person.

Mostly async with unlimited PTO
We hire builders and owners. So there are no set hours, no vacation limits — manage your time your way.

Laptop, setup budget and co-working budget
We’ll set you up with a new laptop, with extra budget for your home office and optional co-working space.
